Are the media sterile?

Yes. Biocracy media are sterilized, and filled bottles are observed for at least 48 hours for evidence of unintended microbial growth. Product pages provide formulation-specific QC details.

Which bottle sizes are available?

Prepared media are available in 60 mL, 125 mL, 250 mL, and 500 mL bottles.

How should I store the media?

Storage requirements vary by formulation. See the Storage section on the relevant product page.

Do any media require additions before use?

Complete media can be inoculated as supplied. M9 Minimal Broth Base requires a carbon source and may require other protocol-specific supplements before inoculation.

Can I place a larger or recurring order?

Yes. Use the contact form and include the medium, bottle size, quantity, and how often you need it.

When and where do you ship?

What if a bottle arrives damaged or leaking?

Report damaged or leaking bottles and other order concerns to jmathieu@senviron.com. Please include your order number and a description of the issue. We usually respond within 3-5 business days.
